Business School Positioning The issue: A leading Swiss Business School understood that it needed to confront to international competition in education and research, to become a force of attraction for students, faculty and research funds and to achieve efficiency improvements in light of public pressure. What we did: Pioneers supported the School in performing a strategic review of its environment, market and positioning. Our team helped the management of the School define, plan and implement a new strategy, improve management processes, define policies (Research and publications, corporate relations, internationalization, contribution to the community) and processes (students selection and management, faculty management, research priorities, …). Our consultants further designed and implemented a new organization which supported the achievement of the strategic objectives and performed a self-assessment report which will serve as a base for securing an international quality accreditation. The results: The Business School initiated a substantial reform process, formulated new Mission, Vision and Value statements which federated diffused forces on the strategic objectives. Our involvement led the management of the School to apply for an international quality accreditation which they are in the process of obtaining. |
