Non-Governmental Organization The issue: A renowned Foundation dedicated to the development of Latin America by means of educational grants needed to expand its existing programs to include female students. They were concerned that the candidates how would come to study in Europe return to their country upon graduating so as to contribute to the local community development. What we did: Our consultants assisted this foundation in negotiating with governmental authorities which were the competencies that were needed to support national development. We then identified programs that taught these competencies and negotiated with the relevant academic authorities a framework agreement to include the recognition of the undergraduate degrees, the logistical execution of the program and the financial package. Favorable conditions were negotiated with the local government to facilitate the professional reintegration of graduates. The results: |
