The issue: A leading Swiss bank wanted to consolidate its asset management activities. They wanted to improve their competitive position by gaining in speed and accuracy. They envisioned the merger of all departments active in asset management.

Together with our clients, our consultants managed the merger of different group entities, designed the organization of the new Asset Management unit, formulated the group’s investment philosophy, formalized key processes (customer satisfaction and investment decision) and designed communication processes and marketing material.

The results: The Bank has become a market leader in its region. Its Asset Management unit developed a recognized expertise in investment fund management, Pension fund administration and Asset & Liability optimization. The Bank achieved substantial savings by consolidating different group entities.
