Post-merger integration

The issue: An Asset Management Center engaged in post-merger integration needed support in defining its new investment decision making processes.

What we did: Pioneers provided the methodology and the resources to design the investment decision making processes, the supporting documents and in defining the roles and responsibilities of the different persons involved. Our involvement helped to manage change.

The results: The Asset Management Centre was able to clarify its internal decision making process and to create an efficient bottom-up and top-down information flow. The documents that our team produced are used to bid for Institutional Investors business and allow the Asset Management Centre to show how they are organized, to make better and timely decision and to satisfy their clients.
