The issue: A new Venture, spin-off of a University, needed management and financial
expertise to secure venture capital funding that would enable to launch of the company.

What we did: Pioneers provided the management and financial expertise to draw up the business model and business plan. Our consultants led the search for Venture Capital and Partners that would allow the company to finalize product development and
begin operations.

The results: The company was able, through our intermediation, to lift sufficient funds to finalize product development, hire personnel and implement and effective sales & marketing strategy. Its services were presented to governments and private companies in Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.
