The issue: Doctors and their Employers (Hospitals) needed to clarify their legal, economic and labor relations. Whilst many doctors maintained self-employed activities, the Hospitals were at risk of being liable for welfare and retirement contributions under state pressure. What we did: In this tense situation, Pioneers helped the State authorities, the management of the Hospitals and the doctors’ society create a financial model, formulate contract drafts, internal regulations, compensation packages and evaluate their overall impact (Tax, retirement funds,…).
The results: The State, the Hospitals
and the Doctors were able to build
their negotiations on a clear basis of
reference: Labor relations reform
between hospitals and doctors, review
of current practice, formulation of
contractual drafts, compensation |
